Because your item is coming all the way from Middle Earth (New Zealand), it may take 7 - 14+ business days to get to you. 

Depending on the item’s size, some packages might not be fully tracked; meaning it won't show the item's step-by-step location once it leaves NZ. But don’t worry - it will get to you! If you would like to pay to upgrade your shipping, just let me know! ☺️

I will fully refund any items that arrive broken or get lost in the mail. However, because items that might get held up in customs are unfortunately out of my control, I can’t refund for extended delivery times.
