Fantastic and rare New Zealand Post office flag. Other than the 2 I have on my store, I’ve only seen these in a museum. This one is in better condition between the two. The center logo-emblem depicts a Kiwi bird against an envelope, surrounded by two lightening bolts, an airplane, ship, train, broadcast tower and telegraph pole, flanked by two Hermes-wings and topped with the royal crown. The flag body appears to be wool with the individual letters and center emblem cotton.
Measurements: approximately 72x34 inches
Overall really nice condition. Edges are not roped or fraying. A few small holes / tears in the fabric. Please view pictures carefully.
