Gorgeous antique side table from India. The table is 8 sided, hand carved in an intricate design and inlayed with bone. The top fits onto the base and can be removed.
Each of the panels is connected with a top and bottom hinge, except on one connection, where I purposefully unscrewed 4 screws just on one side to disconnect it (pictured). I did this so that I could fold up the base and be able to ship it. I will send 4 screws and a small screwdriver with the table so that you can easily connect the 2 hinges to the connecting panel. However, the table does stand on its own without the piece screwed in, which is how it was when I photographed it.
Approx. 19” tall x 18” wide. Condition: See pictures for one missing top border piece. The top of the table is slightly warped from age, but not very noticeable. One inlay piece is missing.
